1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through linkontrack.com (referred to as the “Site” or “Studio”), or by engaging Link On Track for any creative, design, or personal branding sprint, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Services & Sprint Engagements
Link On Track provides specialized branding and digital production services across three main tracks:
- Track 1: LinkedIn Presence & Positioning: Profile redesign, executive positioning narrative, visual asset pack (banners/featured headers), custom Figma templates, and ghostwritten content calendars.
- Track 2: Website & Landing Page Design: Custom bespoke UX/UI wireframing, high-fidelity design in Figma, conversion-focused copywriting, and modern responsive frontend engineering.
- Track 3: The Complete Ecosystem (All-in-One): Full simultaneous execution of LinkedIn authority presence combined with a custom conversion website.
Each sprint follows a structured timeline (typically 2 to 4 weeks) agreed upon in the project scope.
3. Intellectual Property & Ownership
Client Ownership: Upon full and final receipt of agreed sprint fees, all custom deliverables created specifically for the client—including final copy, Figma visual designs, graphic assets, and custom frontend codebase—become the exclusive intellectual property of the Client.
Studio Portfolio Rights: Link On Track reserves the standard right to showcase completed designs, case study metrics, and non-confidential visual previews in our portfolio, website, and promotional channels, unless a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) specifically restricts public display.
4. Fees, Payments & Deposits
Payment Structure: Unless agreed otherwise in writing, sprints require an initial upfront deposit (typically 50%) to secure calendar allocation and commence discovery. The remaining balance (50%) is due upon deliverable completion prior to final live asset handover or DNS deployment.
Taxes & Currency: All prices listed on the site are in US Dollars ($ USD) unless otherwise specified. Clients are responsible for any applicable local taxes or transaction fees.
5. Revisions & Collaboration
Our sprints include structured review and iteration rounds at designated milestones (e.g., Wireframe / Narrative review, Visual concept review, Final polish).
To maintain the scheduled sprint delivery timeline, Client agrees to provide consolidated feedback within two (2) business days of milestone presentations. Substantial scope additions outside the initial sprint brief will be quoted separately as add-on deliverables.
6. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
Both parties agree to treat all proprietary business data, strategic roadmap discussions, unreleased products, financial figures, and private communications shared during the sprint as strictly confidential.
We are happy to sign standard mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) prior to commencing sensitive enterprise or executive brand sprints.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Because we dedicate exclusive calendar bandwidth and specialized studio resources to a limited number of clients each month, our cancellation and refund practices are governed by our official Refund Policy.
Initial sprint deposits are non-refundable once sprint kickoff and research have commenced. Either party may terminate the engagement in writing with five (5) business days’ notice. In the event of early termination, client is billed proportionally for work completed up to the date of notice, and all completed work assets will be handed over.
8. Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Link On Track warrants that all deliverables are original work crafted with professional diligence. We do not guarantee specific third-party algorithm reach, viral metrics, or financial revenue numbers, as market conditions and audience engagement depend on factors outside direct control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Link On Track shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability under any sprint shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by Client for that specific engagement.
9. Governing Law & Contact
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial laws without regard to conflict of law principles.
