1. Scope & Service Nature
Link On Track is a boutique studio specializing in high-touch personal branding, executive positioning, bespoke website engineering, and ghostwriting sprints.
Unlike off-the-shelf software subscriptions or mass-market digital downloads, our sprint engagements involve dedicated studio hours, senior-level strategy, bespoke creative execution, and reserved calendar bandwidth allocated exclusively to your project.
2. Initial Deposits & Bandwidth Allocation
To maintain our high standard of quality, we accept a strictly limited number of clients each month. When you book a sprint, an initial deposit (typically 50% of the total project value, or the first sprint installment) is required to secure your slot on our production calendar.
By paying this deposit, we turn away other prospective clients for those dates and commit our senior team to your deliverables.
3. Pre-Kickoff Cancellations
If you need to cancel your engagement prior to the commencement of the sprint kickoff call and initial discovery phase:
Notice within 48 hours of payment (and before kickoff): You are eligible for a 100% refund of your deposit, minus standard gateway processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30) incurred via Stripe or our payment processor.
Notice after 48 hours but before kickoff: You may reschedule your sprint start date to any available future slot within 90 days at zero penalty. If you elect to cancel entirely, 50% of the deposit will be refunded to offset the calendar vacancy.
4. Active Sprint Revisions & Satisfaction
Because creative work is subjective, we do not offer generic “no-questions-asked” refunds once active production has commenced. Instead, we mitigate risk through our collaborative milestone process:
Iterative Milestone Reviews: Each project proceeds through clearly delineated checkpoints (e.g., Wireframes & Strategic Narrative → Visual Concept Art → Interactive Implementation → Polish).
Revision Cycles: Every deliverable includes dedicated revision rounds where you can provide feedback, request adjustments, and align styling before advancing to the next milestone.
Collaborative Sign-Off: You approve each milestone before we begin the subsequent sprint phase.
5. Mid-Sprint Terminations & Pro-Rata Settlement
If unforeseen circumstances arise and you wish to terminate an engagement midway through an active sprint:
Please provide written notice to info@linkontrack.com.
Work completed up to the date of written notice will be calculated pro-rata based on the milestone fee schedule.
Any unused portion of prepaid fees beyond completed work milestones will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days.
All completed copy, designs, wireframes, and production files created up to that date will be packaged and delivered to you in full.
6. Completed Deliverables & Asset Handover
Once the final deliverables (Figma source files, live website code, custom graphics, or finalized copywriting packs) have been approved and delivered or published to your live domain/profile, no refunds can be issued for that completed sprint.
Post-handover, full intellectual property rights transfer to you as outlined in our Terms of Service.
7. Chargebacks & Dispute Protocol
We are committed to fair and transparent communication. If you ever have questions or dissatisfaction with any aspect of your sprint, we urge you to contact our founders directly at info@linkontrack.com prior to filing a payment dispute or chargeback with your financial institution.
We investigate all inquiries promptly and will work directly with you in good faith to reach an amicable resolution.
8. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To request a cancellation, reschedule, or refund inquiry under the conditions specified above, please email us with the following details:
Your full name and company name
Order number or invoice reference number
The specific sprint or service booked
The reason for your request
Our team will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and issue approved refunds via the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
